CHETRA LLC  invites companies specializing in the repair, maintenance and sale of spare parts and components for agricultural, road-building, logging and municipal equipment to become dealers and start a successful joint business. 

To become a dealer of CHETRA LLC you need:

1. Submit your application by e-mail to chetra@tplants.com

2. Provide the following package of documents:

For legal entities:

• Company charter;

•  INN, OGRN certificates;

• documents on the election of the head, on the powers of the signatories (if they act on the basis of a power of attorney);

• application of the counterparty addressed to the general director of CHETRA LLC (any form on the company's letterhead (indicating the details of the candidate; planned directions of sales; assigned territories);

• dealer's passport;

•  promotion program, budget .

For Individual Entrepreneurs:

• extract from EGRIP;

• copy of the passport;

• TIN certificate;

• counterparty application addressed to the Executive Director of CHETRA LLC ((any form on the company's letterhead (indicating the details of the candidate; planned directions of sales; assigned territories);

• dealer's passport;

• promotion program, budget .
