Today consumers’ demand is to get not just a machine, but a set of services that implies the maintenance of the machine at all stages of its life cycle. CHETRA promptly responds to trends and develops this kind of service approach. Its service centers are arranged throughout Russia, so that companies that use machines in severe conditions and remote regions can quickly receive repair assistance. Now this service will be also available in Uzbekistan. The company "CHETRA" intends to continue cooperation with the plant that deals with repair of excavators and tracked vehicles, which is located in the city of Syrdarya. Before the pandemic, the enterprises had a successful experience of capital restoration of the CHETRA T35. Colleagues from Uzbekistan have received test stands, a list of equipment necessary for repair works, as well as original spare parts by the CHAZ TM brand. CHETRA means not only bulldozers of the same brand, but also the sale of spare parts, running systems for Russian and foreign special machines.

Sergey Tutubalin, Head of Export Sales of spare parts of CHETRA LLC says: "The next batch of machines is currently being prepared for major repairs. In June, three CHETRA bulldozers are handed over to customers." Over the past few years, the CHETRA company has delivered about 100 bulldozers to Uzbekistan, which are actively used at mining enterprises, in road construction, in the oil and gas sector of the region. So, the service for the machines repair and restoration will be in demand among consumers. In addition, negotiations concerning creating a warehouse of spare parts by the CHAZ brand on the basis of the plant in the Syr Darya are carried on.
