Within the development of import substitution CSPC LLC ("CSPC" LLC is a part of Machinery& Industrial Group N.V.) continues investment of own means into the development of the product line of brand ChAZ TM.

One of the areas of work became development of analogs of track rollers double-flange assembly and track rollers single-flange assembly for American dozers D9N/R/T.

So in February 2015 the first installment of rollers was made: D9R-21-000 and D9R-21-000-01. The diameter of a link rail of track rollers single-flange assembly is most approached to OEM and is equal 260 mm, diameter of a racetrack of track rollers double-flange assembly makes 250 mm, as at original rollers of the American production.

The used earlier bronze plug is changed to bimetallic that allowed to increase a resource and service life of rollers considerably. Application of new sealing rings from special cast iron allowed to reduce temperature deformations in operating time and considerably to increase physical properties of earlier used steel consolidation.

Replenishment of a product line of ChAZ TM – is one more step in development of import substitution in Russian mechanical engineering.

Domestic and foreign mining operators perfectly know production of ChAZ TM. Track rollers assembly of this brand showed the high operational properties due to a wide experience of work in the most difficult and extreme conditions.
