New import-substituting track rollers of brand ChAZ TM for Komatsu D375A-5 dozers

The product line of "CSPC" LLC ("CSPC" LLC is a part of Machinery& Industrial Group N.V.) got further developed in terms of the import substitution program, and fulfilled with support rollers of brand ChAZ TM for Komatsu D375А-5/-6 dozers. New products have increased operating-life and are designed for installation in equipment operating in extreme conditions, including the Far North.
High rates of wear resistance of new rollers of brand ChAZ TM are reached due to the use of high quality materials. The track roller bearing bushing, made of a bimetallic strip, is processed by cold plastic deformation, which allows a high purity surface friction and improve its wear resistance and carrying capacity. High wear resistance of track roller rail and axes are reached due to the use of quality high-alloy steel, giving a large hardened layer during HFC hardening. To prevent oil leakage the track rollers to D375-21-000/-01 are completed with "Duo-Cone" sealing, consisting of iron and freezeproof rubber gaskets.
The warranty period of track rollers of brand ChAZ TM on equipment is 12 months or 2,400 hours of work on the tractor.
